Draft prepared for Azusa. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
What the bot stores
- Server settings you configure (channels, messages, feature toggles, template records).
- Moderation warnings issued with
/warn. - Activity statistics per server: which voice channel a member was in and when, when they listened to music Azusa played, and which tracks were played. No audio, no message content, no DMs.
What the website stores
- When you log in with Discord: your Discord user id, username, display name and avatar, and the list of servers you are in with your permission level there (scopes
identifyandguilds). The Discord access token is used once at login and not stored. - A session cookie (
azusa_session, HttpOnly) that expires after 7 days or when you log out. - Templates you create, reports you send, and an audit log of template and settings changes.
Template installs
Each successful install records the template, version and server id. Server ids and install counts are not shown on public pages.
Who can see statistics
Statistics are visible to members of the server where they were recorded, with /stats in Discord and on the server’s dashboard page. A member’s card can also list the other servers with Azusa where they listened, by server name and listening time only; channel names and invite links are never shown.
Your choices
- Log out to end your session. To remove your website account data, ask the developer.
Retention
Statistics older than about 13 months are pruned automatically. Sessions expire after 7 days.
